PDF, PNG, and JPEG at 300 DPI minimum. PDFs are preferred for folded cards because they preserve vector type. Files should include a 1/8" bleed and stay 1/4" inside the trim for any text or critical elements.
Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. Our maximum SLA is 72 business hours, which gives us a buffer on high-volume days. Every order moves through the same queue — there's no separate "fast lane".
We're a US-based fulfillment center, so every order ships from the United States. Multiple service levels are available with end-to-end tracking. For specific destination or carrier needs, contact us — we can usually accommodate.
We reprint at no charge for printing defects, wrong product shipped, or packages stuck in pre-shipment. Once the carrier scans the package, transit is between you, your buyer, and the carrier. Refunds are credited to your wallet. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
Cashback is calculated on the calendar month and credited to your wallet on the first business day of the following month. Wallet credit can be applied to any future order. Higher monthly volume unlocks higher tiers automatically — no opt-in needed.
