Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 Service Description

Card Fulfillment System is a print-on-demand fulfillment platform. Sellers (“you”) upload print-ready designs and submit customer orders. We print, fold, package, and ship physical greeting cards on your behalf, directly to your end customers.

The Service is provided as-is. We continuously improve features, file validation, shipping options, and pricing tiers. Material changes are announced in advance through the dashboard or by email.

03 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business or sole-proprietor store. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may decline to open or may suspend any account at our discretion, including for incomplete information, suspected fraud, or sanctions screening.

04 User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate and ship.

The following content and conduct are prohibited:

• Designs that infringe third-party intellectual property, including unlicensed use of trademarks, copyrighted art, or celebrity likenesses.
• Material that is hateful, defamatory, or that sexualizes minors.
• Content that promotes illegal activity in the destination country.
• Attempts to bypass file-validation, rate limits, or fraud-prevention systems.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order that violates this section, with no obligation to refund the affected order.

05 Intellectual Property

Your design IP

You retain all rights to the designs you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, store, and ship those designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders you submit.

Our platform IP

The Service — including its software, dashboard, mockup generator, brand, and documentation — is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform itself.

06 Payment Terms

Per-card pricing is published in your dashboard. Orders are charged at submission time using the wallet balance on file. Prices may be updated with reasonable advance notice; existing approved orders are unaffected.

Cashback credit is calculated on the calendar month and applied to your wallet balance after the period closes, subject to administrative approval. Wallet credit may be used against future orders but is not redeemable for cash.

If a charge fails or your wallet balance is insufficient, we may pause new order submissions until the balance is settled. Repeated failed charges may result in account suspension.

07 Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an order is submitted and approved, it enters production. You may cancel an order for a full wallet refund within a short window after submission, provided printing has not started. After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Production typically completes within 24 hours of submission, with a maximum SLA of 72 business hours.

You are responsible for purchasing the shipping label for each order. Our shipping responsibility ends when the postal carrier scans the package into their system. Carrier delays, transit damage, loss after carrier scan, and customs holds are outside our control and are not eligible for compensation.

Reprints and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Where a claim is not tied to a specific order, we accept no liability beyond what is required by applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

09 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) content you upload, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

10 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Open orders already in production will be completed.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to cure.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
